May 4th, a day that every Star Wars fan waits for each year is upon us! To all Jedi and all Sith, let today be your day! Only you can decide to use the Force for good or for evil! Once a clever pun, May 4th is now a global day of celebrating all things Star Wars. From Jedi to Droids, the fandom rings loud and proud annually on this day. The classic slogan of “May the force be with you” is now celebrated each May. Some may care less, but to many, today is a day to have fun!

The first person to say “May the force be with you” on screen was General Jan Dodonna. Whether you have watched or read Star Wars, Gen. Jan Dodonna is a legend, and most know this! If you did not, you do now! He served the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. While many know the more names like Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, we must not forget our roots! With all respect, do your research! Your allegiance means nothing if you do not know your history.
