Today’s NASCAR Cup Series is the Advent 400, and will feature 16 Chevrolets, 12 Fords, and 10 Toyotas. Currently, Chase Elliot holds the track’s racing record. Kansas Speedway is a 1.5 mile long track, and shaped in a somewhat triangular oval shape. With 48,000 seats that fans will be sitting in to hear the roar of the engines, the pressure is on! How will the stages go, and who will end up in victory lane? Joey Logano won the last Cup Series, will he take the W today? Or will another driver remind the NASCAR world that they have what it takes to be in first as the checkered flag waves?
No matter who you are rooting for, today is sure to bring not just high speeds, but high energy as well! NASCAR will kick off here shortly at approximately 3pm EST. Will you be tuning in, or are you enjoying the race in person? Pit lane crews have it cut out for them today, with intense, high burst laps and the drive to earn more points for drivers as we continue through this year’s NASCAR season!
