NASCAR, Stage 2, Alex Bowman

That’s right, Stage 2 at the Michigan International Speedway has come and gone! NASCAR drivers are racing fiercely today, not paying any mind to anything but moving up the ranks! Drivers are getting ballsy today, riding three cars deep as often as they can! The first caution flag was displayed during Stage 2 for Noah Gragson and John Hunter Nemechek. As those two spiraled, the other drivers did not hesitate at all to continue driving. Not a single driver ended up involved in the accident involving Gragson and Nemechek.

That wasn’t the only flag during Stage 2, though. We all saw the first red flag for today’s race also come out. Alex Bowman, Cole Cluster, and Daniel Suárez were all involved in a hard-hit accident. While Bowman was seen walking safely to the ambulance, we are still waiting on updates for Cluster and Suárez. William Byron took Stage 2 by the horns and secured his win. The second stage has had significantly more action compared to Stage 1 today, with five caution flags in total. Let’s look at the top 10 drivers for Stage 2.
