Last year, the very first LEGO set for The Legend of Zelda was released. Nintendo has a relationship with LEGO, as evidenced by the massive line of Mario sets, but they had previously not done a single thing with Nintendo’s other major franchise. That changed with the Great Deku Tree set, and a new leak suggests that a second LEGO set from Hyrule might be on the way in 2026.
New LEGO Set from The Legend of Zelda Rumored by Leaks
After the dam broke, finally allowing for official LEGO collaborations with The Legend of Zelda, many expected more to come. As of now, there are none, but that could change. A recent leak suggests a 1,000-piece set is coming in March of 2026. The only things the leak does state is that it will be over 1,000 pieces and come in 2026. Everything else is purely speculative.
It is very important to note that this is a leak. There’s a good chance there is no new Zelda LEGO set. Leaks are famously unreliable, even when there’s evidence for such leaks found in the data files of video games. This doesn’t even have that backing, so it is highly speculative and very much unconfirmed. Still, it’s exciting to imagine and hope for, especially given how good the first set was.
What Could Leaked Zelda LEGO Set Be?
If we base the predictions on the 2,500-piece Great Deku Tree from last year, we can expect something much smaller. The Great Deku Tree was a huge set, and it could be made into the version from either Breath of the Wild or Ocarina of Time, which is why there were so many pieces. The leaked set being 1,000 suggests that it’s not going to be an option build, which rules out the interchangeable Hyrule Castle set.
This still does leave a few options. The Master Sword stuck before Link pulls it out is a very viable option. The Hylian Shield with a stand is another good choice. They could also make a version of Link or Zelda that matches similar character sets from Sonic the Hedgehog, found here.
LEGO could make it a scene from a game. Some options include:

- First Encounter with Ganondorf from Ocarina of Time
- All Sages in Temple of Time from Ocarina of Time
- Demise Fight in Skyward Sword
- Link and Zelda exploring the castle in Tears of the Kingdom
- Link saving Zelda in the original (perhaps in 8-bit style, too)
- Lon Lon Ranch in Ocarina of Time
- Link washing ashore in Link’s Awakening
- Zelda and the Champions from Breath of the Wild
The list truly goes on. The creators could also take the item route, and there are tons of different items to choose from. Aside from the Master Sword or the Hylian Shield, they could use Zelda’s Ocarina, Majora’s Mask, a Heart Piece, Hookshot, Pegasus Boots, Magic Potion, Goron Mask, Ball and Chain, and so many others. Many wouldn’t need 1,000 pieces, but they’re possibilities for Nintendo and LEGO.
Finally, they could also do other characters/creatures, like Sidon, Princess Ruto, Daruk, Skull Kid, Bokoblin, Wolfos, Mipha, Revali, Kass, Epona, Fi, Vaati, King Rauru and Queen Sonia, Armos, Lizalfos, Skulltula, Hero’s Shade, and so many more. Truly, the possibilities are endless.
