It is race day, and NASCAR fans are ready to see who wins the Enjoy Illinois 300 race tonight! Tonight’s race is the second of three races for the playoffs this year. This year, Denny Hamlin is on the pole position, leading the race with Kyle Larson starting on the front row in second. Both of these drivers have a mass of fans of their own, so today there is sure to be rivalry between both the crowd at the race and all over, tuning in to watch!
The World Wide Technology Raceway
Today’s race will be at The World Wide Technology Raceway, but this track also has another name. Many refer to this location as the Gateway. Last year, Austin Cindric won at Gateway. Since this event has only been held in the venue since 2022, there are only two other winners outside of Cindric. Those were Kyle Busch and Joey Logano. Will we see one of the previous winners make their way to the front to take the win, or will Hamlin or Larson hold fast? You never know, it could be a completely different driver that wins today’s race!
