Another ICE agent shooting occurred in Minnesota this morning and the victim has been declared deceased. The incident occurred this morning in South Minneapolis near the corner of 26th and Nicollet. The video of the incident at 9:05 am shows the victim tackled to the ground by a group of federal agents. As the victim lies, on the ground, he is being physically restrained by the federal officers,
ICE Shooting Victim Dies
At this point, the ICE agents back away from the victim and you hear five shots fired by what appears to be two agents. The video ends shortly after the shooting. Much its unknown at this time. The victim is reportedly a 37 year old Minneapolis man who possessed a weapon. Local officials have scheduled a press conference to clarify the additional details of the incident.
Minneapolis police chief Brian O’Hara has confirmed that the victim has died as a result of their wounds. A tense situation continues at the scene as ICE agents continue to clash with protesters. Federal agents are used tear gas, flashbang grenades, and other methods to disburse the crowd. The crowd size has grown at the scene and arrests are being made.The shooting occurs a little over two weeks after a similar ICE shooting that led to the death of Renee Nicole Good, also in South Minneapolis.

The Department of Homeland Security has released a statement saying that the victim had a drawn gun with additional ammunition on his person. None of this has been verified as additional videos of the incident including bodycam footage have not yet been revealed. This is an ongoing situation. It has been verified that a local media member has been physically assaulted and pepper sprayed in the course of doing her job,.
Mayor Jacob Frey of Minneapolis has again pleaded with President Trump to end the violence and remove the federal agents from Minneapolis. He is also pleading for peace and for people to not confront ICE agents directly.
