Recently, HoYo released details about their new Version 3.7 update, their new update to Honkai: Star Rail. We will get another continuance to the Amphorous Storyline and possibly the final chapter. We get a look at two new characters coming to the roster: Cyrene and The Dahlia. Here we will cut it down and get the juicer parts out.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7 – Story
We will be arriving at our final destination with Amphoreus, the final chapter, As Tomorrow Became Yesterday. Irontomb has become recognized throughout the system and has become a very dangerous threat, one event reaching Lord Ravenger level, meaning godlike, if not close. As they say, everyone is gathering to fight this threat, as the plan of Irontomb is to destroy the Path of Erudition.
Characters and Banners
With the story out of the way, banners are next for Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7! After all, that’s what everyone will be expecting and waiting for. With that said, this was a surprise, as it will only include one new character: Cyrene herself. This goddess has finally descended for all of us to gaze upon.
In Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7, Cyrene will be coming in as a Cryo Rememberance user. She comes with skills that are more like a support character’s, if not a DPS support. Let’s look at her kit as of right now. While she is in a team, she will enhance her team’s Damage. When she uses her skill, Bloom, Elysium of Beyond, she will spawn a Zone. While the Zone is up, every damage dealt by allies will produce an additional attack of True Damage, meaning it will go through a target’s resistance to that damage type.
Her technique, Peace at West Wind’s End, will give everyone a speed boost in the overworld and then cause a Zone to appear in battle. Her ultimate is charged by Recollection, which is gained by the passive use of her Talent – Hearts Gather as One. When an ally attacks, she will gain One Recollection until her ULT is charged.
Her Ultimate, Verse and Vow, is a stunning animation that sees her weaving through a cosmos of memories. She adorns a ring that allows her to spawn her ULT zone. Upon first activation of her ULT, every ally’s ULT becomes active, allowing for immediate use. Her Basic Attack will also become an Enhanced ATK, causing more damage. Cyrene will then spawn a memosprite of herself that can buff a selective ally, enhancing them even further if they are a Crysos Heir. She can buff 14 Crysos Heirs with unique buffs!
Cyrene will be a force on the battlefield, being able to tear them apart and support her allies. Until 12/16/2025, Cyrene will be available throughout the entirety of 3.7, with only the reruns changing out. Phase One of the Banners will include Hyacine, Castorice, and Tribbie. In Phase Two, Phainon, Cipher, and Mydei will be returning. Of course, all banners will include their own Light Cones.
New Game Mode, Events, and Quality of Life Updates
A new game mode will be arriving with Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7. Currency Wars: Zero-Sum Game will be arriving to give a new experience to the world of HSR. It will mix a card game with the actual turn-based gameplay of HSR. This will be a mixture of 10 characters in a squad, mixing enemies with current characters for different effects. You will even experience bonds that will eventually lead to a Persona All-Out-Attack!
In this live stream of Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7, players get more than just gameplay. On top of the gameplay itself, there are rewards and a level system with said rewards that will be arriving, so feel free to gather materials and Stellar Jades. Some people live for farming, others live for the gameplay. Either way, both sides are getting what they want in this new update for Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7!
There will also be updates for the Raids in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7. When farming Echo of War, Cavern of Corrosion, and Stagnant Shadow, Trailblazers will finally be able to do multiple runs and gather the materials at once. Calyx can now be farmed 24 times instead of 6. Trailblazers will be getting new style options, including one of Ruan Mei’s experiment cats and the Deliverer’s Wreath to be perched on our heads.
We will be getting a new Golden Companion Spirit to trade in for a free limited 5-Star Character, with Topaz and Numby being added to the list this time, along with Ruan Mei and Luchoa. Topaz’s Light Cone, “Worrisome, Blissful” will also be heading to the Stellar Convergence shop. That means Topaz will get a buff… right?
Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7 – Freebies and Ornaments
There will be a “Free” event coming to Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7, where if you gather a certain amount of Oneiric Shards, you can obtain a special item! This item is the Hello Mem World hat, another Golden Companion Spirit, and Stellar Couture for Cyrene that will change her bow and some animations.
In the Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7, two new Planar Ornaments will drop: Amphoreus, The Eternal Land, and Tengoku@Livestream. There will be a new event that can be utilized to get maxed-out Relics for a specific character; it seems to be mainly limited, so it’s best to do it for someone for whom you need it.
