His teams have had minimal postseason success in the post-Aaron Rodgers era.

Jordan Love‘s growth has been linked to their head coach and his wizardry of an offensive mind. You continue to pair these two together in hopes of reaching the heights this team had in their first two seasons under LaFleur. Now, they haven’t won a playoff game since knocking off the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round back in 2023. However, they appeared to be one of the best teams in the NFL until Micah Parsons went down with a season-ending injury.

This is a good extension. One of the worst things you can do as a franchise in the NFL is unpair a match made in heaven. My only concern was blowing an 18-point playoff lead.
