This year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match seems wide open. Last year, with the return of Charlotte Flair, the women’s side was extremely predictable. There may have been concern about a surprising winner, Jey Uso, in the men’s match, so going with the old reliable, the Queen, was a safe choice.

This year could be a little more unpredictable, depending on the direction they want to go. The winner, as of right now, will get their choice to either face Jade Cargill or Stephanie Vaquer. Here are a few superstars that should be favorited in the Women’s match.

5 Women Who Have a Shot at the Rumble

Liv Morgan

Liv has to be the odds-on favorite to outlast 29 other women. The former Women’s Champion and member of the Judgement Day may get her chance to recapture her title. On Monday Night Raw, she was trying to motivate Finn Balor to get back on track. With Morgan winning the Royal Rumble, she can bring back some momentum to the club.

This would be Liv’s first Rumble win. She is one of the hottest superstars in the company, and WWE Creative could get behind her for another tour. The relationship with Dominik Mysterio makes it even better and could impact her results.

Rhea Ripley

Speaking of “Dirty” Dom, his ex Mami could also be a favorite to win the Rumble. The “Eradicator” could join Charlotte Flair as the second woman to win the event twice. WrestleMania loves the stars, and it would make sense to once again showcase one of wrestling’s most popular.

Jade Cargill vs Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania in Vegas has “irresistible force vs. the immovable object” all over it. She could also be plugged into a program against Stephanie Vaquer, face vs face, with both competitors showing plenty of respect.

Chelsea Green

How great a character is Chelsea Green? The perfect amount of annoying, yet entertaining. She has proven to be a great United States Champion. Now, is she ready for the main event? The idea pitched on Uncut: Season 1 was numbers 28 and 29 eliminating each other, with Green at 30, with no one to fight, resulting in a win.

That storyline would have been absolutely amazing! For Chelsea’s character, it would have made her that much more over. The fact that she would not have to wrestle at all and win would boost her ego. She is a dark horse to win, but it could be an entertaining couple of months if she does.

Raquel Rodriguez

“Big Sexy,” paying homage to Kevin Nash after his advice to Raquel, has Rodriguez stepping up her game. She just cut one of the best promos of her career within the last week. She is proving she can be in the main event picture. This one could have an interesting ending.

Raquel could eliminate Liv Morgan to win. Wouldn’t that be something? Could she break away from the Judgement Day? Especially with Liv and Roxanne Perez becoming close, they say “three’s a crowd.” Imagine if “Daddy” Dom decided he wanted to jump once again to another girlfriend. Could Mysterio leave with a new boo in Rodriguez at the Rumble?

Nikki Bella

This one is a little bit of a stretch. WWE Creative could throw the best women’s superstar of the “Divas’ Era” a bone. The Hall of Famer would still be a draw for WrestleMania. She is mainly used to get talent over nowadays, but I don’t think fans would be mad if she won. If not Nikki, they could have another legend like Trish or Lita win to cement their legacies since they didn’t have a Rumble in their day.
