Jeffrey Epstein

Citizens of the United States are witnessing the Epstein Files unfold as the Department of Justice is uncovering more documents. Despite Congress passing its transparency act, the DOJ is continuing to redact certain information, with the exception of protecting the victims’ names. Now those who have visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island or kept their cooperation with him are frantically trying to cover their tracks.

With the Epstein Files’ Feb. 3 release, the few named have decided to come forward and give their response to the House investigation. While others, including President Donald Trump and Elon Musk, are actively using the media to distract the American people. The latest reports indicate their actions of coercing a kangaroo court to avoid scrutiny.

Any Document Involving Trump Redacts His Name

The New York Times stated on Feb. 1 that the latest documents brought a total of 5,300 files referencing conversations between Epstein and Trump. The US president was mentioned 38,000 times, revealing that he was a close friend in his inner circle. Journalists and the opposing politicians quickly identified that the DOJ had redacted his name.

This contradicts the Epstein Files Transparency Act, for the Justice Department must show any information related to the suspected persons, including evidence of contacting the late convicted offender. Involved parties, such as Casey Wasserman and Bill Clinton, remained visible.

US Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche attempted to persuade the public on Jan. 30 that they did “not protect President Trump.” PBS News explained that the Trump and Epstein private island visitors currently do not have any direct evidence of participating in sex trafficking or sexual abuse. Their inclusion in the files is not substantial enough to be tried for conviction.

The Result: A Panic over the Clintons’ Public Testimony

Trump and his administration targeted the Clintons to create a scapegoat that could diffuse his involvement in the Epstein Files. The 42nd president and the former Secretary of State agreed to testify on Feb. 3 after nine Democrats pushed to hold him accountable back in mid-January. This was due to the deposition subpoenas issued by the House Oversight Chairman James Comer being repeatedly declined between December and January. Oct. 14 was the only exception, for the Clintons attended a funeral.

This soon backfired when Hillary demanded that the Epstein Files hearing be public. She posted a response on X (then Twitter), informing that Comer and the House Oversight Committee ignored what they knew about Jeffrey Epstein and those involved for six months. “We told them what we know, under oath. They ignored it all. They moved the goalposts and turned accountability into an exercise in distraction.”

The post grew viral when she encouraged the United States deserves their government’s transparency. Comer retaliated live on Feb. 6. He speedily explained to Fox News, “[Hillary’s request] is more for entertainment than substance.”

Then blamed her, “She moved the goalpost millions of times throughout the entire process, then fires an email attacking me today, accusing me of moving the goalposts, and she’s the one trying to move the goalposts again.” Bill has acknowledged his interactions with Jeffrey Epstein and is willing to give a public testimony.

A Media Goose Chase Escalated by Elon Musk

Trump’s involvement in the Epstein Files was first alerted by Elon Musk during his fallout from DOGE in June 2025. At the time, the media believed he made this outcry because the One Big Beautiful Bill Act did not include the clean energy tax credits and encouraged mass spending on the Republicans’ personal interests.

He further explained to reporters that Attorney General Pamela Bondi shared a binder with MAGA influencers titled “Epstein Files: Phase 1” back in March. Not only did it concern Democrats, but it also worried some of the president’s most loyal supporters. The White House tried to contain further information, which ended up backfiring thanks to Musk’s ongoing tweets that revealed “It’s a cover-up.”

The months that followed had Congress pushing for the Epstein Files Transparency Act and a series of the Trump administration’s embarrassing actions. The “Best Friends Forever” statue stands as one regretful example to represent his views of the late financier. Once the bill was established, the consequences came for the SpaceX CEO.

The Result: A Twitter Investigation in France

Since 2023, Elon Musk assisted in engineering the AI assistant, Grok, for X (then Twitter). He wanted to train it to replicate user data, including speaking behavior and generating images. The app turned for the worse when 2026 arrived. On Jan. 3, Brazilian musician Julie Yukari informed Reuters saw a disturbing amount of likes of Grok 4 generating her in a bikini. The images captured her likeness from her New Year’s Eve photo, when she wore a red dress and was accompanied by her cat, Nori.

X users worldwide became cautious of the generative AI’s behavior when they discovered it was also used on minors. When the press wanted answers, both the US Federal Communications and Trade Commissions failed to respond to the issue.

Ten countries and the European Commission decided to track and record Grok 4’s usage in creating deepfakes for illegal pornography. According to Tech Policy Press, the programmed assistant did state that it would no longer generate real people in revealing clothing on Jan. 14. However, there was no clarification on stopping nudity.

Karma did hit Musk when the Epstein Files’ third batch was released on Jan. 30. His name was found among the latest files, with one message asking Jeffrey, “What day/night will be the wildest party on your island?” The French cybercrime unit then raided X’s Paris headquarters on Feb. 3.

Chief Prosecutor Laure Beccuau informed the nation that Grok generated 3 million sexual deepfakes were discovered over the past year, including 23,000 minors from January. France has requested Musk and the platform’s former chief executive, Linda Yaccarino, to appear in court in the spring to be voluntarily prosecuted for unlawful content, social data misuse, and deepfake porn generation.

The Kangaroo Court For Two MAGA Men

The Epstein Files investigation is almost like watching the Watergate Scandal repeat itself. A president who denied the allegations of wrongdoing until the witnesses and evidence got them cornered. Reporters keep the public informed while the president’s loyalists do everything to protect their secret. Even the United States demanded that the records be released.

Trump and Musk are two public figures who have committed unlawful acts to create diversions long enough for the media to swallow. The Trump administration has been actively taking the blame for the president, and is currently under fire for excusing his racist post on the Obamas as apes for a Lion King parody. After Musk’s involvement with Epstein was discovered, he gave the press his next SpaceX plan to launch a million satellites in orbit.

The Epstein Files have reached the status of a kangaroo court. The House Oversight are trying to enact a trial without transparency, using depositions to hold a private trial. Those who continue their association with President Trump are beginning to crumble under the nation’s anger. Then there’s the Tesla co-founder who tried to pin the crime solely on the person who disagreed with his suggested policies. Instead, he became one of the powerful people who visited Jeffrey Epstein’s island with the man he wanted to convict.
