NASCAR, COTA

NASCAR fans, are you ready for today’s Cup Series race? Drivers will be racing at the Circuit of The Americas (COTA). This will be the first road course of the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season, taking place in Austin, Texas. Over the last several seasons, this track has had a different winner each race. In the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season, Christopher Bell won at the COTA race.

Today, Tyler Reddick will be in the pole position for the second time in a row! Do you think he will be able to take home a three-time, back-to-back win? While Shane van Gisbergen (SVG) is a favorite here, he will start in Row 7, over 10 places further back than Reddick. This also puts SVG 5 places behind last year’s race winner at COTA, Bell.

Watching Today’s NASCAR Cup Series

For those who are unable to enjoy the race at COTA in person, there are multiple ways to enjoy today’s race! You can watch drivers push to try to make sure Reddick doesn’t win for the third time in a row, even if you are at home! Today’s COTA is a 2.4-mile-long track and will be covered on television by FOX.

Radio coverage of today’s race will be on PRN. For audio streaming, you can listen in on today’s NASCAR event on SiriusXM (if you have a subscription). For streaming, Fubo will once again have coverage of today’s race for free. If you have a subscription, you can also watch the race on the FOX One App, and HBO MAX has in-car camera coverage for subscribers as well. Of course, nothing really beats being there in person!

Will the Winner be Reddick Again?

So, what do you think? Will Reddick end up in Victory Lane for the race at COTA today? Do you think Wallace will make a comeback and reclaim what he almost had in his hands last week? No matter who you are rooting for today, a NASCAR race of any kind is never a dull one. Today’s track is longer than last week’s, but I still have my eyes set on a few drivers. Reddick may prove some wrong or prove some right today!
